First of all, it is not suitable to say Deuba’s leading government is Nepalese government. Before and after being Prime-Minister, Deuba met Dalai Lama and his representatives in Nepal and India to make happy to Indo-Westerners. Except this, rumor was spread that last month’s Leftist Alliance was formed by China. The rumor was pre-planned. This made the other parties go strictly against China except UML and Maoist Centre. The main reason to do so is to stop the growing influence of China in Nepal and stop Nepal to participate in the One Belt, One Road project. For this purpose, in the direction of Indo-Westerners Chinese Projects are being rejected. Political parties are active in election campaign so they are using it as the great opportunity.
It’s true that Indo-Westerner Power has been increasing their influence in Nepal and they are trying to stop China to enter in Nepal. If China’s One Belt One Road project gets success, then Indo-Westerners influence will vanish from Nepal. That’s why, they are using Deuba leading government for their benefits and to hinder the Chinese development projects including One Belt One Road, but they won’t get success in it. Deuba’s government is preferential to India that’s why they are saving to Deuba, which is not surprised much.
Internal turmoil is not only the main reason for unstable Nepalese foreign policy. Foreign interference is the main reason of Nepal’s foreign policy is not stable. Nepal foreign policy and governing system is influenced badly because of the uncontrollably increasing Indo-Westerners interference in Nepal. Indian and American armies haven’t returned yet who had come in the name of helping at the time of Earthquake. Nepal is unable to return them too. Indian GMR Company is controlling in Karnali River of Nepal. That company is not capable to generate electricity though India has occupied the Karnali River to irrigate their land. India has captured more than 28 rivers haphazardly and made dam to irrigate their land. That cause the over flooding in Nepal and destroys the millions of property, livestock and human life as well.
